Weekend and holiday dates can book up weeks in advance—especially during spring and summer. We recommend booking as soon as you know your date. That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings, so it’s always worth submitting the form.

Every rental includes all blowers and extension cords needed, safety stakes or sandbags (depending on the surface), and a quick safety walkthrough so you know how to supervise play. Set up/Take down is included in the delivery price, that is shown as a separate line on your quote.

Most backyard bouncy castles need a flat area of at least 15’ x 15’ with some clearance around the sides and overhead. You will want at least 18ft of overhead space. Obstacle courses and giant slides need more room. Grass is best, but we can also set up on concrete or pavement with sandbags. Share a photo of your yard when you request a quote and we’ll confirm fit. We have equipment available that fit's almost every size of yard and indoor space

Safety always comes first. Light showers are usually fine, but high winds or storms are not. If the forecast looks unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust your booking. Any payments/deposits made to your invoice will be carried forward in form of a rain cheque for 365 days from the date of your event, in which you can use to rebook at a suitable date. You will receive confirmation of your rain cheque along with a rain cheque number.

Yes. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals, and food machines are cleaned and checked after every event. We treat your backyard like our own and follow strict hygiene standards.
